Our Nurture Mornings offer a balanced session for both baby and mum. The first half hour focuses on sensory exploration, including textures, colours, recognition, sensory storytelling, and baby massage techniques to support early development and bonding.

The second half creates space for mums to pause, connect, and prioritise their own wellbeing in a warm, nurturing setting learning life changing baby massage techniques in a casual- come as you are environment.
